I began Pentecost this year on the sea over which the Spirit of God hovered and out of which that same Spirit of God brought forth life as we know it in all its majesty and diversity and wonder.

Looking out onto and into that vast, deep, endless sea makes one more and more humbled at the power and creativity of our Great God......how we came to be; that we are; what God wants of and from us; how we might do our part with grace and purpose..."out of the depths God has called us all."

Pentecostal Love to all of you creatures from the sea at St. Thomas the Apostle.
